Why can’t new notifications be displayed when the screen is locked? (Android) #1030

I use F-Droid version. I allowed almost everything in Settings. When my phone is unlocked, I can receive notifications and have a sound. When my phone is locked (even if the screen is on), there are no notifications and sounds. After unlocking, I will see that the notification has been received.

How can I change it?

I have solved this problem. In the notification settings, there is an option called "On Lock Screen" (or similar text)
