@bioconda/core: Please consider merging and deploying this bioconda-utils update sooner rather than later.

This linter fix is blocking bioconda/bioconda-recipes#44785, which updates repodata patching to include yesterday's htslib-1.19 release. Without this patching update, existing htslib-using packages (of which there are many) will not be able to co-exist in an environment with htslib/samtools/bcftools 1.19 — which will cause significant user inconvenience.
