getting counts #21

Hello I want to use sRNA bench to preprocess my data but I would like to perform differential expression in other platform. I couldn't find any kind of count table in the bulk results. Am I missing anything or is this not possible?

This is definitely posible. Perform a DE job with your sRNAbench jobs and then download the zipped results. You will find your count matrix in there.
