Coordinate Reporting Error with BlockDisplaySatsuma #33

Hello,

I appear to have found a bug where BlockDisplaySatsuma omits the right-most digit from the coordinates of query and target scaffolds. This appears to happen for all coordinate, not just those above a certain numerical threshold. Strangely though, the relative sizes of chromosomes and positions of hits appear to be plotted correctly at the ChromosomePaint stage using the output from BlockDisplaySatsuma. I can provide example output files illustrating this if it's helpful for debugging purposes.
