Anaconda Distribution #24

Support conda for bioio and probably all the plugins too (bioio-base, bioio-ome-tiff, etc.)

It would be great if it could be available through conda-forge as was aicsimageio (https://github.com/conda-forge/aicsimageio-feedstock).
