feat: add GraphQL support #47

This PR adds support for GraphQL to Biome.

Plus, it moves the documentation to the website, because that's what we do for the VSCode extension too.

I think this also fixes https://github.com/biomejs/biome-zed/issues/46 partially. The code actions work again 😍
