The TravisCI service we use to build the altas pdf document introduced usage limits a while ago. This means that if we have too many builds (per month), then the pdf will stop being rebuilt until the next month (when the limit resets). Fortunately, there's another service -- called GitHub Actions (provided by GitHub) -- that we could use instead. It's free and doesn't have any usage limits for open source source projects. I'll need to find some time to update the atlas' infrastructure to use GitHub Actions.
