BSQ trading fee update for Cycle 29 #345

_This proposal keeps a record of the process to keep the BSQ trading fee at 50% discount to BTC trading fee. It will remain open until we need to update BSQ trading fees again._

Last update was on #339

Cycle 29

Parameters (see issue)

USD/BTC price: 66.200
USD/BSQ price: 1.62
Current BSQ discount: 68%

It's necessary to update BSQ trading fee on Cycle 28.

New BSQ trading fees

A change parameter request for BSQ trading fees will be submitted to DAO voting: New BSQ maker fee: 15.14 New BSQ taker fee: 105.97

The 15% cap to increase BSQ trading fees has been used.

In this cycle there is no need to update the BSQ trading fees.

I've realized that in the last Cycle I used wrong current fees, because I forgot to update them from last change at Cycle 29. It's no big deal since an update was not necessary anyway.

Cycle 31

Current BSQ discount: 49.2%

In this cycle there is no need to update the BSQ trading fees.
