IE cannot open camera #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. IE 9 cannot open camera after instal Webrtc4all 
2. plugin had been enabled in IE9 
3. Video call had been established , can saw the remote video , but local video 
cannot be saw on remote side 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

local video can be send to remote side

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 Simpl5.org/call.htm
 Sip2sip.info
