Privoxy for Bitcave #3

Another feature I would like for us to add to the Bitcave:

I think we should consider adding Privoxy to ALL of the Bitcave interfaces:

Bitcave (open) Bitcave.VPN Bitcave.Tor Bitcave.cjdns

Btw, it appears that Privoxy is often used in conjunction with Tor: http://www.privoxy.org/faq/misc.html#TOR

Privoxy needs to work on different outgoing IPs to run through the different VPN tunnels.
