FAIL!  : OptionTests::migrateSettings() Compared values are not the same
C:\Users\hebasto\bitcoin\src\qt\test\optiontests.cpp(79) : failure location

Tested on the master branch @ 1ac627c485a43e50a9a49baddce186ee3ad4daad (compiled with MSVC).
