weird tablet pen issue #332

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.must double tap ui icons for it to be selected
2.there is a delay when using the pencil tool when you first begin to draw 
making it harder to start drawing where you want to or connect lines. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

using surface pro 2. with wacom drivers, other graphic related programs work 
fine though.

About point 2, please can you confirm me if you have the delay in the beta 
version? http://www.aseprite.org/beta/

the problem exists with the beta. also double clicking icons too.

Same issues for me also, 0.9.5 and 0.9.6 beta.

Asus EP121(Wacom tech/drivers by default)
