When performing a transaction on the EOSio network, the error message "estimated CPU time (0 us) is not less than the maximum billable CPU time for the transaction (0 us)" always happens.
This is because Uniblow is not yet compatible with a major changes in the fees system deployed 3 months ago. Under the old model, system token holders owned NET and CPU. Under this new model, the chain owns all NET and CPU resources and the only way to access these resources is through the new powerup action (called rentbw in testnet).
