GravityForms 2.2.5: fails to display API key fields #9

When navigating to "BitPay Payments" in the gravity plugin, the website takes a long time to load and then displays a settings screen, with the following errors:

Warning: file_get_contents(http://magento.b-pay.net/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/bitpay-gravityforms-plugin/views/../templates/pairing.tpl): failed to open stream: Connection timed out in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/bitpay-gravityforms-plugin/views/admin-settings.php on line 19
