Can't find my eth testnet account balance #11854

Describe the bug I can see my eth test account balance in https://kovan.etherscan.io/address/0x7C5da8FF0398f29a98389B52FD86F3238cB839F7

but I can't see balance in my bitpay wallet

I try next step ,but no use. Wallet > Preferences (top right corner icon) > Transaction History > Clear cache Wallet > Preferences (top right corner icon) > Wallet Addresses > Scan addresses for funds
