Dart/Flutter Bitpay Wallet Implementation #11947

Can we have a dart/flutter implementation of Bitpay wallet? This will help facilitate support for multiple platform in one code base. Flutter is increasingly growing fast and more stable by the day... Please consider my request

This is basically asking the developers to redo a majority of the code, which probably is not worth it if the current implementation works fine
