when ninja make files are used, cmake cannot generate working DLL files #10

Attached PR fixes this. I also had some issues getting the repo to compile.

I changed the code for Ninja with https://github.com/bitwiseworks/cmake-os2/commit/0df5265ed6c88998d535f57019ff9ebe75d268ae slightly. Please test. The uv changes are rejected, as we don't use the internal uv anymore. Please use the rpm provided.
