I think running the test runner takes too long time, and, unfortunately, some tests will be failed... This is a known issue also in BitZeny v2.x.

We have two options:

Make RUN_TESTS true, and fix tests to pass them all as soon as possible
- This is the best choice, but we have to make some tickets for tracking the progress. Help needed.
Keep it false, until the tests are fixed
- It's just postponing the decision... Not so good, but practical...? Help needed.

Anyway always help needed!

I vote the first option to accelerate our motivation...
