Defining "ADVANCE" in configuration causes extruder to ignore speed settings #10

With advance defined, the extruder will only extrude and reverse at a set speed.

This breaks filament retraction (SF dimension) and in some cases, actually appears to cause the extruder not to extrude enough filament to match up with the printing feedrate.

i have disabled it by default
