Bed temp (thermistor) is always zero #25

... no not always. If heating extruder, it goes up to 255. seems to show some control value for extruder heating

This is a 'feature' .. :-) the bed temp is misused to show the heater output of the extruder. We'll have to make a M-code switch somehow so those with heated beds can show the bed temperature instead.
