Please bump up Marlin version number... #8

...communicated to the host on connect. That way we can see the differences between committed versions. 0.9.3 is displayed, but that's really the originally forked version before all our commits.

Also important as Bernhard's latest commit of firmware is broken.

Thanks for bumping up the version. What I meant by "broken" is that with the lcd code ENABLED, the firmware breaks. With it disabled (as it is by default), the firmware U0.9.3.1 seems fine.

I like to use the LCD stuff on my UM for monitoring temp. Currently, I'll leave it disabled until we have a good LCD build.

BTW, jundery's LCD code looks pretty good....worth a try?
