Include BB7 Simulator with SDK #41

Add the BB7 Simulator with the SDK and remove the BB5/BB6 Simulators.

Packaging 3 simulators will make the installer HUGE, so we want to only ship the latest. Older simulators can still be downloaded via the Developer website
