Focus based navigation on 9900 #50

Hi Guys:

Default focus based navigation is not working on 9900. I know there are threads going on with discussion to disable it. I was wondering if this is already done for 9900.

The default "blue outline" is no longer supported on BB7 devices. This was an issue introduced during the plumbing of WebKit into liquid graphics.
