Prevent clients from changing accounts created by admin/system user #434

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
users can log in and download, but not change the account

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Need to provide multiple users same log in info and prevent any of them from 
changing the account.
