White Screen when Install #436

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uploaded files to server
2. Added database info 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Got just a blank white screen when going to install the script

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest ProjectSend script

I had this same issue, along with a 403 forbidden in apache logs.  Turns out 
when I extracted the files locally and then uploaded over ssh permissions were 
changed.  Extracting right on the server fixed this.
