Unable to download large files #451

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Upload a file over 175MB
2.  Click on the download button. 
3.  Wait 10 seconds, then receive an error 502.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r514, Fatcow Shared host (linux/debian)

Anything below 175MB seems to work without issue. 
Increasing the PHP values (memory and file size) does not seem to help the 
situation.
