Add progress/moving cursor after registration & login #478

Hello

Fantastic software - thank you so much.

This is just a suggestion for a moving cursor or progress indicator be added 
after registration is submitted as it appears a bit unresponsive and encourages 
double click which results in user already exists error.  This may confuse some 
users.
