Relative pathing doesn't work #193

When running transrate from another folder than the binary is located I can't use file names in the current folder because the program expects them to be in the same folder as the binary. Therefore the absolute path is required.

Thanks for reporting, this has been fixed in the latest code (see see #188) and is waiting for a bug in SNAP to be fixed before we push a new version.
