In the scene, placemarks are not positioned precisely

ToDo:

[x] Introduce placemark mode, when activated the interactions with the model are disabled. Element hover and element select need to be deactivated, need to prevent URL change.
[ ] At the moment placemarks are not precisely positioned in the scene, fix the problem with the placement of the placemarks in the scene
[x] Placemark are dropped on the double tap into the scene
[x] Placemarks are activated on the single tap
[x] Decide the iconography of placemarks
[x] Write the placemark link to the note, or place it in the note footer
[x] Connect the snack bar to message the user of the placemark progress
[x] Placemarks should show up when the note is activated - at the moment the placemarks only appear when the url contains the m parameter
[x] placemarks should indicate when the anchored note is selected
[ ] Implement toggle at the Notes navbar to show all of the placemarks
[x] When a placemark is clicked a note shall be activated in the sidebar
