Please add Plex Media Server cleaning #78

I uninstalled Plex Media Server in windows and all its cache files were still on the drive. C:\Users\It-s-me\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server it had 2 GB of leftover files.

You can write your owner cleaners using CleanerML.

For now, I will move your request to the wishlist repository.

@justanotherbug, I can support you, if you want to write a cleaner for this program!

If you prefer that someone else write it, you should provide much information on what you think should be cleaned as possible! E.g. I can maybe (later) write a cleaner for it, but it would be easier for me if I don't have to install and use the program to create files that can be later cleaned... Also: Even programs that seems to be really simple like e.g. media players can in different use cases create different data that can/should be cleaned. If you haven't use such a prog for long time, it's difficult to create this data ASAP.
