Error after downloading pip #12

I got this after downloading with pip and run the command (on Windows10):

Note: there was no powermeter connected.

I just tried in a fresh conda environment in Windows 10 both in Anaconda Prompt and Anaconda PowerShell without issues (returns ConnectionRefusedError: No Powermeter found. as expected).

I never integrated conda/python with PowerShell (I'm just using Anaconda PowerShell where everything is already set up), but I guess that the problem is with this. Can you try in a fresh environment using Anaconda PowerShell just to rule out that there is a different issue? Which version of conda are you using?
