Pinging KP over 499 or multiple stacks #14

If a certain KP is over 499 then it should only ping one 250 and rest under 250. Eg. 520 is currently pinged as 250 250 20 which in chat would total 270 , and it should be 250 249 21 780 KP would be 250 249 248 33
