Update DefaultWide Skin - v0.3 #47

Hi dukus , her is the update DW skin files :
*clean all unneed code.
*remove the Header lable.
*add big/wide cover
*add the like/dislike counts (no presentis)
Note: from now no need the "youtubeoverlay.xml"  i fix it to work with the 
reqular videoOverly.xml as now is work same :)

I will post the new skin files on MP fourme ,so user can get the most update 
files ,so you dont have to post new version just for this.

i will find time to mack Default 4:3 skin too.

Hi dukus , her are most update skin file's for DefaultWide v0.3.1 

add progress bar in now playin .. see screen..

Please test it for me , just to be sure all in corect place  :) i will check 
the codec instraction by tommarow ....
