well , is not hapen any more ,but i add code to Media Portal.xml so i'm not 
sureany more ,
code i add : <entry name="useExtendedCharsWithStandardCulture">yes</entry>
in debug section, and is look like this now:

<section name="debug">
    <entry name="useS3Hack">no</entry>
    <entry name="useExtendedCharsWithStandardCulture">yes</entry>

o.k some examples .. go to : browse>Czech Republic>All>Most Viewed>This Week 
..look for the video in screen ... >play video ... you will see the plugin slow 
,video stream slow and stock ... hope this can help ...
