Yes.
As I understand the MIT license, you can pretty much do anything you want with the typeface, as long as you include the original copyright notice + license text within (or bundled together with?) the commercial product.
Some notes:
Please note that the MIT license covers everything in the blobject/agave repository, including any documentation, SVG diagrams, the ready-to-use font files themselves (like Agave-Regular.ttf), and all the rest.
However, neither am I a lawyer nor have I been legally advised in this response. If you are at all uneasy, maybe reading up (googling around) a bit more on the license will help. The text of the license itself is quite short.
First paragraph of the license lists the permissions. The short second paragraph states the condition in which the permissions are granted. And the last paragraph in allcaps stresses the copyright holder's (my) exemption from liabilities.
