Missing upgrade script to remove uuid #121

When updating from a version less than 1.7.82 to 1.7.9 or greater, the uuid column should be removed from the blockonomics_bitcoin_orders database table.

Lets not worry about upgrade scripts as we have lots of versions and it becomes complex. On future stable release of BCH we should create a fresh table on each install.
