Adblocker-blocker websites #638

There are more and more websites that prevent the use of adblockers, they simply cover their content as long as adblocker is enabled. One of them: https://blockadblock.com/

Would be great to find and provide a workaround to access such pages without whitelisting them.

@peterroth nothing short of cosmetic filtering and possibly HTTPS filtering will get around this. In all my attempts just plain old domain blocking/hosts blocking is not enough.
