Added new ImportVector component #11

Set the old ImportSHP as hidden Allows for boundary to be larger than extents. Closes #4 Named ImportVector to indicate it can import more than SHP. Closes #5 Allows import of SHP, GeoJSON, OSM, KML, MVT and GDB, but needs to be more thoroughly tested.
