Remaining Characters UI cropped after thread composer was introduced

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hit the new post button on mobile
2. Select more than one languages (or one with many characters)
3. Write something
4. The radial UI element indicating the remaining characters now gets cut off

Additional Information

Possibles fixes:

• Hide number, only show when approaching 0 characters left, display text inside the circle (this is how twitter does it)
• Use language codes (EN instead of English) to get more real estate
• Hide languages behind a language button to get more real estate

I can reproduce this in the iOS app but not in Safari on my iPhone SE (3rd gen) running iOS 17.7.1.

I wonder if we're better off moving the languages to be within the same row as labels/interaction settings. That row is intended to scroll horizontally, so longer language names could fit without any worries
