Procedural Buoyancy #6

For one thing, buoyancy is spelled incorrectly everywhere in the game. Second, the procedural Buoyancy code is in its infancy and needs much work. For one thing, it generates Buoyant objects on top of one and another. Also, there is a severe need for balancing. This issue goes hand in hand with the COM Issue.
