Implement browser for choosing folders #6

The settings dialog should offer a possibility to choose from folders from 
the server.

Furthermore, the settings dialog could even guesstimate which folder to use 
by downloading the first mail of every folder and checking its contents.

The first part of this enhancement got committed a few seconds ago. Please test.

The kolab standard determines the folder type by IMAP annotations. We should 
read the annotations and present a filtered folder list to the user.
