Modal 'About' page #25

I would like a page with an "i" button that outlines a couple things about what this is that don't belong in the narrative.

I think this would probably be the same contents of a README.md for the pubmed-explorer repo.

Specifically:

Some authorship credits for the web page, links to deepscatter and to my scrollership library;
Link to the paper
Link to the github repos
Link to the lab and to nomic.

Sounds good, even though we could also insert most (or even all) of it into the first narration frame. It's just a bunch of links, could fit into a sentence or two.
