"Configured" is usually just an indication that the AP has been set up with WPA
(though this can vary based on vendor implementation). Wash reports WPS support
as long as there is a WPS field on the beacon frame. If you got to 99.99% then
the AP was responding to pin attempts, and you at least got the first half of
the pin. It's a bit odd that it seems to have missed the second half?

ok then,
but with the exact same revision I was able to crack another AP that has
"Configured" status (on the other hand it only showed WPS PIN and no PSK, that
line was just missing)
on the "Not configured" is cracked the first half but not the rest.
any ideas why?
any ideas what/how to debug it?

I don't know why the first half would be accepted, but the second half would
not. Have you tried supplying the correct pin with --pin to see if that works?
Can you provide Reaver's output when run with the -vv option and a pcap?
