size reported for atomic datasets is wrong #14

Well, actually, it might not be, but it is currently listed as an attribute of the domain, which makes that definitely wrong.

In solving this we might want to make sure we have the number of values in the time dimension in the time domain itself.

I've added a property method on TimeDomain (.nt), but it needs testing and then we need to use it.
