Updated __init__.py to work with latest polars (1.4.1) #6

i basically have no idea about rust or polars, but i wanted to try your plugin and with this change it works again on the latest polars version. (before it failed due to an invalid import) i have not extensively tested it, but with some simple examples, it works.

refactored to use the new register_plugin_function.

I'll merge right away, I've been away from Polars stuff for a while but I'll probably get back to messing around with plugins this week so that I'm up to date
