LinkedIn .fields overwrite option #461

I am trying to pull email information from linkedin.

I need code from github that lives here: https://raw.github.com/bnoguchi/everyauth/master/lib/modules/linkedin.js

but when I do npm install everyauth I get this file (0.4.5 is latest): https://github.com/bnoguchi/everyauth/blob/v0.4.5/lib/modules/linkedin.js

When will the current master branch be packaged in a new version?

Now published to new version 0.4.6. Should be available on npm now.
