Add 'force friend request' UI #27

If you are friends with CJ and take a photo with Tania, it won't offer to send Tania a friend request. We should make it that any photo that recognizes two people, we let you go to that photo in the newsfeed and generate a friend invite, linking to the FriendInvite screen with a list of all possible people to send to.

We can revisit this in the future, potentially a good idea, but may not be an issue depending on accuracy of rekognition.
