Add ssh key deployment to basics role #42

The deploy role had the feature: https://github.com/bob5ec/docker-infrastructure/blob/03eea0a027c05d725f72a6bb936310581eb2df92/roles/deploy/tasks/main.yml

Include it or add it to the basic role. Otherwise new keys do not get populated and new installation might fail.
