Support PHP 8.1 / 8.2 #106

PHP 8.1 was released on 25th November 2021 https://www.php.net/index.php#id2021-11-25-1

EOL for 8.1 is 25th November 2024

At the minimum we need to update the End Of Life array in admin/class-oik-trace-info.php

The first part of this was easy. Now I actually need to install PHP 8.1 to test what else needs changing.

Note: EOL for 8.2 is 8th December 2025

Delivered in v3.4.4... not officially released. v3.4.5 supports PHP 8.3 - see #116
