Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function bw_invoke_shortcode()

If using oik-bwtrace and oik-lib then you get a fatal error on the oik trace options page due to bw_invoke_shortcode not being available. This is because the test of the return code from oik_require_lib() does't cater for a WP_Error
